I forgot that you were doing this project with Southwest until just the other day - AFTER I got back from vacation. We took my daughter (20 months old) on her first flight, and I wish I'd thought to ask you for tips. She was good on the way down, when she was with my parents. But on the way back, with us, she was AWFUL! Poor girl got hysterical and we could NOT calm her down. It was so bad that the pilots sent earplugs back for all the other passengers!
